Cristiano Ronaldo has put behind a disappointing Euro 2024 campaign by spending quality time with his family on vacation. A recent post by his partner Georgina Rodriguez showed that the 39-year-old is enjoying with his loved ones after Portugal’s quarter-final exit from the European Championship.
The five-time Ballon d’Or winner did not live up to the billing at Euro 2024. He failed to net even once and managed only one assist in five games. Portugal’s journey in the ongoing tournament ended in the quarterfinals after France beat them 5-3 on penalties on July 5.
In the photo that Rodriguez uploaded on her Instagram story, the couple can be seen posing for a picture in front of a reflecting glass. A love emoji was inserted in the snap.

Major League Soccer club attempted to lure Cristiano Ronaldo to the United States before his move to Saudi Arabia
According to journalist Taylor Twellman, Major League Soccer (MLS) outfit Sporting Kansas City was heavily invested in bringing Cristiano Ronaldo to the United States.
As per the report (via SPORTbible), the club met with the Portugal forward before he decided to join Al Nassr. Sporting Kansas City reportedly offered Ronaldo an ownership stake in the club, and a cut of jersey sales. The MLS club also planned to set up a meeting between the Portuguese ace and NFL superstar Patrick Mahomes, who plays for Kansas City-based NFL club KC Chiefs, in a bid to lure him to the club.
However, the 39-year-old chose to move to the Middle East, where he signed a lucrative deal worth 200 million per year with the Saudi-based club.
