LeBron James makes 20th NBA All-Star Team
With 164 points from the voting results, LeBron James was included in the 3rd typical squad of the NBA basketball tournament in the 2023-2024 season. This is the 20th time in 21 seasons that the American player has been included in the typical squad. The star of the Los Angeles Lakers proves that age is just a number. At the age of 39, LeBron James still shows impressive 3-point shooting ability and good coordination with teammates.
The first-team lineup of this year’s NBA All-Stars includes five players: Gilgeous-Alexander, Nikola Jokic, Luka Doncic and Jayson Tatum. Of which, Gilgeous-Alexander and Nikola Jokic are the two players who received the most votes with 495 points.
Tyrese Haliburton and Anthony Edwards are the two players who will benefit the most from being named to the NBA All-Star team this season. According to the new contracts they signed with their respective clubs, being included in the All-Star team will help both of them receive about 40 million USD.
