The new Chinese historical drama Si Jin is premiering on March 1.
Si Jin is adapted from the novel of the same Chinese name and tells the story of Jiang Si, the fourth young lady of the Dongping Bo Mansion, who is killed by her beloved Yu Jin and tries to change her fate after her rebirth.
After Jiang Si, the fourth young lady of the Dongping Bo Mansion, is killed by her beloved Yu Jin, she is reborn and given a second chance at life. This time, Jiang Si calls off her engagement, outwits her wicked aunt, opens a perfume shop, helps her friends, and investigates a serial murder of girls, rewriting the tragedy. Jiang Si and the young general Yu Jin meet again and join forces to change the fate of her brother, Jiang Zhan, who had drowned and died; her sister, Jiang Yi, who had hanged herself; and her father, who was falsely accused.
The C-drama’s main cast includes Jing Tian and Zhang Wan Yi. Supporting roles are played by Zhang Chi, Xu Hao, Bai Bing Ke, Cao Fei Ran, Cui Hang, and Zhao Xin. Ma Su, Huang Yi, Zhang Cheng He, Wu Mian, and Dai Chun Rong make special appearances.
Si Jin premiers on March 1. The C-drama will be streaming on iQIYI, WeTV, iflix, and Viki.
