Ariana Grande was a winter wonderland on stage at Madison Square Garden on Friday night as she performed in fluffy ear muffs and a padded jacket.

The singer, 23, wore, under the coat, a black bra top and mini skirt at the Z100 Jingle Ball.

Her coat featured large thick fur cuffs that almost covered her hands as she held the microphone to sing.

Ariana completed her look with a pair of very fluffy knee-high boots and white fishnet tights.

She wore her long hair in her trademark top of the head ponytail and added tons of mascara and pink lip color.
