The wedding of Messi and Antonella Roccuzzo took place at around 5:00 p.m. on June 30 (local time) at the City Center Rosario hotel.

Messi’s wedding took place at the City Center hotel and casino complex in Messi’s hometown of Rosario. This is considered the most luxurious place in Argentina with a system of swimming pools, gyms, bars, restaurants,… ready to serve all the needs of tourists.

Messi had asked the organizers to decorate the reception hall like a film festival, with a red carpet and a flood of cameras. More than 250 guests flew in from different places to Rosario to celebrate. Many of them were celebrities and could be interviewed on the red carpet, or chose to step aside to enter the party venue.

Around 5pm, Messi and Antonella entered the party venue. Messi wore a smart suit, while the bride Antonella was gentle in a white dress, designed by Rosa Clara.
