Ronaldo is about to make a sensational transfer deal?
There are rumors that superstar Cristiano Ronaldo is about to leave Saudi Arabia to return to play for his boyhood team in his home country of Portugal.
The 39-year-old striker currently plays for Al-Nassr Club of Saudi Arabia’s Saudi Pro League.
Since his surprise move from Man Utd to the Middle East, the Portuguese has scored 58 goals and provided 15 assists in 64 games.
CR7 could not maintain that impressive form for the national team at EURO 2024, where he failed to score despite starting 5 matches, causing Portugal to be eliminated on penalties in the quarter-finals.
Next to Ronaldo is a hat with the Sporting Lisbon logo.
After the tournament, the owner of 5 Golden Balls spent the holiday with his family.
In a recent Instagram post, Ronaldo shared a photo of himself taking a break after participating in a padel match.
The photo was posted on an account with 635 million followers, so it’s no surprise that fans spotted the hat next to Ronaldo with the Sporting Lisbon logo.
Ronaldo played for Sporting as a teenager before joining Man Utd in 2003. The photo of Ronaldo wearing a cap with the Sporting Lisbon logo has led many to speculate that he is about to leave Saudi Arabian football to return to his boyhood club.
Ronaldo currently plays for Al Nassr of Saudi Arabia.

In addition to Sporting, Man Utd and Al-Nassr, Ronaldo also played for two big clubs in Spain and Italy, Real Madrid and Juventus.
